Kathy's passion for natural stone sparked her journey in the tile industry 10 years ago when she started as an intern while completing a certified Kitchen & Bath program. The limitless beauty of tile and natural stones offers endless design possibilities to match anyone's personality.
Her favorite aspect of the design process is when clients embrace their creativity and collaborate to craft a design that truly reflects their unique personality.

Jeffrey Smith
SHOWROOM SALES
Having been in the industry since graduating from design school, Jeffrey has a long history story of retail sales, merchandising, manufacturing, a fashion moment with Giorgio Armani, and 22 years of being self-employed in CA. He has been creating custom spaces for a long list of interesting clients in the residential and commercial realm.
His favorite aspect of the design process is the reveal.

OWNER + CREATIVE DIRECTOR
Nicole joined Fantasia Showroom as an employee in 2006. In 2020, she and her husband, Andy, acquired the company with the hopes of continuing the established tradition of quality products and service.
Her love for handmade tiles and fixtures, coupled with a deep appreciation for design, served as the driving force behind her efforts to curate a collection that highlights the most exquisite and cutting-edge materials in the industry.

Andy Ostreim
OWNER + OPERATIONS DIRECTOR
Andy embarked on his journey in the kitchen and bath design and construction industry by becoming a part of his family's business in 2006. Within this role, he acquired a great understanding of the complexities involved in managing a small business.
Andy's passion for systems and procedures finds its perfect outlet at Fantasia Showroom, where his expertise plays an integral role in the showroom experience.
